Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of eft-ammo.com, its related pages, and any companion application that links to these Terms (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Nicola Genesin, also known as Filod, an independent developer established in Italy ("EFT Ammo", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. Postal contact details can be requested at that address.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by your country to agree to these Terms. If local law allows a younger person to use the Service with a parent or guardian's authorization, that authorization is required.

2. The Service

EFT Ammo provides unofficial reference data, charts, guides, maps, prices, timers, and optional sharing tools relating to games including Escape from Tarkov. Features and data may change, be incomplete, or be discontinued. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for official game information.

3. Unofficial service and intellectual property

EFT Ammo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Battlestate Games or other game publishers. Game names, artwork, data, trademarks, and other game materials belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and discuss the relevant games.

Except for third-party materials, the Service's software, original text, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may link to public pages and share outputs produced by a sharing feature. You may not copy substantial portions of the Service, operate a competing database from it, evade technical limits, remove rights notices, or use automated extraction in a way that degrades the Service or violates applicable law, unless we give written permission.

4. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the relevant sharing feature. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for technical backups and copies previously shared by others.

You are responsible for submitted content and must have the rights needed to provide it. Shared links may be public. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • violate law or another person's rights;
  • submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content;
  • impersonate another person or falsely imply affiliation;
  • introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt the Service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • manipulate votes, advertising, usage measurements, or sharing systems;
  • use the Service to harass others, distribute spam, or collect personal data without a lawful basis;
  • use game content in a way prohibited by its owner.

6. Moderation and illegal-content notices

We may reject, restrict, or remove content and restrict access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, comply with law, or respond to a valid rights complaint. Where required and where we have usable contact details, we will provide the affected user with a reason for the decision and available options to contest it.

To report specific content that you believe is illegal or infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the subject Illegal Content Notice and include:

  • the exact URL or sharing code;
  • a sufficiently explained reason the content is illegal or infringing;
  • your name and email address, except where the law permits an anonymous notice; and
  • a statement that the notice is submitted in good faith and is accurate.

We will process sufficiently precise notices in a timely, objective, and proportionate manner. This contact may also be used to contest a moderation decision.

7. Privacy, advertising, and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and privacy choices. The Service may show advertising and may contain third-party links or optional embedded media. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for services outside our control.

If you obtained a companion app through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement applies where required and these Terms supplement it to the extent they do not conflict.

8. Accuracy and availability

Game data, prices, maps, recommendations, calculations, and timers may be delayed, estimated, or incorrect. Verify important information against official sources. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, preservation of shared content, or that every error will be corrected.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from reliance on unofficial game information or third-party services.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, discontinuation, or a material or repeated breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be identified by changing the date above and, where reasonably possible, by additional notice. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not accept a material change, you should stop using the Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts in Italy have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law permits proceedings in another court. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful transfer of the Service.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
